Bought my Baldwin piano from this store couple of months ago and my experience was wonderful!! Everything went smoothly from the transfer of the piano to tuning. I’m so happy I came across this store. I highly recommend them.

I had a full regulation done on a Schimmel baby grand, along with a tuning. I’m not the easiest client to deal with… my ego, being very particular with action & given my 88 demands & instructions for perfection.
Illos has exceeded my hard to meet expectations in every way (as I hesitate to admit). I’m so very very impressed with the results & my earned dollars undoubtedly well spent.
It’s clear to me there is no other alternative to services for any piano other than Illos. I’ve been playing more than usual, thanks to an exemplary job well done.
