iMOVE NYC

All around great experience moving us from Brooklyn to Queens. Communication was fantastic from the start. Price was best we could find. Actual movers were incredibly professional and prompt. Was almost fun seeing how well they moved our stuff. No hesitation to recommend!

I used iMOVE NYC for an interstate personal move this past Summer (from NYC to IL). Going through the whole process with iMOVE has been a pleasure, and made the moving not nearly as stressful as it could have been.

From the first inquiry to the delivery itself, they have always been clear upfront and transparent with me re: what information they needed, the services they offered (what their rates included and what they did not include), pick-up and delivery dates/times. Mia in particular has been the point of reference for my move, and I am thankful for her precision and attention to my case.

The moving staff have been very kind and polite throughout the whole thing, and they have been both incredibly quick and safe and cautious. It all happens so quickly that you barely realize it, but they truly have been amazing and a pleasure to work with.

Payments happened securely via Internet, with clear invoices (if you can apply for reimbursements, this will be helpful).

I sincerely recommend iMOVE NYC for your moving needs, and I am sure their in-city services are just as good as their interstate ones.

All my stuff, including my mother's China arrived without a scratch.
They made my move effortless.

This review is for the disrespect they show the neighborhood for constantly parking in residential areas with the large truck despite multiple phone calls to their organization that have assured me they’re going to change . These guys can’t be trustworthy if this is how they operate. I’m sure they make enough money to park their truck in a commercial yard but continue to park every single night in residential spots and even blocking crosswalks. Very classy!

The actual move was the smoothest part of the whole buying and selling the house process. The guys were on top of everything, took great care of our stuff and worked fast. Definitely recommend them!
