You NEVER want those guys! They broke things at disassambly and you can see that it happened because they forcefully broke things apart rather than properly unscrew them (they never told us what they broke either; just packaged it damaged), they broke things that THEY had packaged (TV, glass table top, big items) during transport, they disassembled things that did not need disassambly and then refused to put them back together again, and they lost things that were never retrieved. Once the stuff was on the truck, their were also STEEP price increases for things that were never mentioned before -- but once they have your stuff on the truck, they are effectively holding your stuff ransom. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Overpriced, late, rude and no communication. Never use this company. And if a different moving company tries to subcontract iMovers, don't use their business either!

Paid way too much , never gave a delivery date and when I called No one ever got back to me, took me about 20 phone calls to get back to me and when they did they kept saying they didn’t know when it was to arrive, finally after a month I got my stuff and after unpacking, their were quite a lot of stuff broken and of course there were a few things missing. I called numerous times but none ever got back to me, wish I would have followed up but just wanted to forget about the horrible experience. Do not use!

DO NOT USE iMOVERS! They are disreputable, made me sign before the estimate 'it's industry standard, makes things simpler,' then added more than 50% to the price, and never responded to calls. When our things arrived 2 weeks after the promised date, their comment was 'do you want your stuff? pay up.' The one thing I will say for them is the delivery guy was kind to my elderly mother.

Booked my move with Allegiance Moving and Storage and this is the local affiliate I’ve been dealing with. I was given a reasonable quote, and on moving day, after loading everything into the truck, they more than doubled my fee. I have been calling customer service daily to try to resolve this issue because at this point I think they’re a bunch of extremely practiced scam artists. They loaded me out on June 19 and have been giving me the runaround ever since. Today is July 2 and I don’t even have a date for when they intend to deliver my things, let alone an agreement on a price reduction for the over $10,000 they are trying to make me pay for moving a 1 bedroom apartment from New Jersey to Maryland. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
