iMoving Professional Moving System

Had a really wonderful experience with iMoving. Donna, who set up the appointment, was extremely responsive and communicative. When I needed extra documentation (Certificate of Insurance is required by my building for any movers) Donna was able to get it to me within a day.

The movers arrived 10 minutes early for our 8:30 move. They were really efficient and immediately brought up packing materials to start transporting my furniture. They wrapped everything with care, were super speedy with dissembly and assembly too. They even helped me unbend my bed slats which had sunk a bit through the years. Above and beyond! My furniture was handled carefully, even really precious antiques. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were super polite when needing to use the restroom and really easy to work with overall.

The price was really affordable. Note though that it's $119 per hour, not $109 as noted at the website (at least when I scheduled) and there's also a $99 flat fee for materials, gas, etc. The Certificate of Insurance was $40. I needed to move things around three different locations and they had no problems at all.

Overall extremely happy with iMoving and really grateful I found them for my move. Recommend them highly!

VERY TERRIBLE! Late for 30mins, and then they took a 20mins smoke break before they started moving. And they charge by hour, so that 20mins count as “working” time, so “professional”!
They only had 2 worker with a small truck to move my stuff. It’s not big enough to move all my furniture so I had to use my own car too. They also stuck my plants up and squeezed them!
While they moved to my new house, one of the worker asked me to stand downstairs and just dumped the shelf to me and just told me to hold it. Am I also a worker? Do I get pay by your company? What a terrible moving company!

They were right on time and completed the task very quickly. They were very friendly and helpful too. They packed the stuff and shifted them very safely. They got all the materials need for packing and did not waste time while moving stuff. Great job guys.
