Our long distance move went perfectly. The crews who did the packing, loading and delivering were very professional and could not have been more helpful. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks to our packers (photo attached), Nikolay and his co-worker who delivered to us, and to Mario who organized and coordinated everything.

I have not had as pleasant an experience moving as with Imperial. The customer service & staff are so helpful, patient and kind ...respectful & responsive & encouraging! The movers were punctual, also kind, extremely helpful & patient. Thank you for helping me! I look forward to continuing with Imperial in the future & I recommend anyone moving or needing storage or both to contact Imperial Moving & Storage. They are worth it!
