We had a great experience with Abzal and his partner. They arrived early, finished ahead of schedule and within the quote we were provided. They were professional and efficient throughout packing and unpacking our furniture to ensure everything arrived with great care.

Our moving crew was heading by Doctor and Sean was our liaison in the office. Both were absolutely wonderful. We are so pleased with how easy the whole process was. Everyone was courteous and professional, and extremely efficient. They were really careful with our belongings and even put some things into boxes for us since we had run out and resorted to garbage bags. I will definitely be using imperial for my next move!

I moved from the city to the suburbs. Nurbek and his team were amazing. They were on time, professional and very efficient. They did a great job making sure everything was secured and did it in an efficient manner. The crew worked very hard during these challenging times wearing masks and gloves. They were impressive I would recommend Nurbek and his team and Imperial to anyone moving. I had used them once before and this time was even better then before.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I had to abruptly leave my NYC apartment building and move home although my lease was ending this month. I called Imperial Moving & Storage to see if they could pack up all my belongings and store them until I returned to NYC. I spoke to Fernando over the phone who helped set up a crew to go and pack and move out for me. A few days prior to the move out date, they called to confirm everything and were so kind and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. Ben was in charge of the move and he did a phenomenal job packing and moving everything. From dissembling my furniture, to packing all the clothes still hanging in my closet, he did everything with care and efficiency. They moved very fast and left the apartment spotless. Of course, when you are not present, it can be a little unsettling having someone else pack up all your belongings but I felt extremely comfortable as Ben kept me updated throughout the move, facetiming me when necessary. I recommend this company and crew to everyone! They are efficient, kind, and reasonable priced. I could not thank them enough!
