Used this company to remove and dispose of a couch for us. Communication was excellent. They were on time and incredibly careful when getting our couch out of the basement with a very tight and challenging staircase.

I own Midas Moving in Gilbert Arizona and have been in the moving industry for 20 yrs. I called to get help unloading 2 trucks that we had coming into GA. Alex was polite and accommodating when I booked. His prices scared me a little because they were almost to low however I just had a good feeling so I went with it. I called at the last minute to switch my date to a day earlier and again he was helpful. Alex called when on his way and explained that one of his guys called out but he had someone with him (its moving it happens). My husband is hard to please but an hour into Imperial getting there I had a phone call - These 2 are great and we will get this all done today with their help. We had a 3 guy team there and they are the best in the business and what our customer moving to GA has been working with for 15 years. Hours after the job was complete, our customer called me and asked for Imperials number. My husband called raving about how hard they worked and then slipped in it was Alexs wife with him. We are also a family operated company and I spent my share of years pushing a dolly when needed. WAY TO GO IMPERIAL!!!!!
