Improved moving and storage

Both of my parents are elderly and very difficult to deal with. I’ve been told many times my mother is in her late 70s. My father is in his late 80s and I contacted this company to move my patents since I wouldn’t be able to be there and they have been nothing but Great accommodating awesome service no issues whatsoever with the move And we’re even parent were even able to follow them all the way to their new apartment. My parents were so overjoyed with their service and I would definitely use them again. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just finished moving from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom pretty last minute at the end of the month, the busiest time, and they were able to get a team together to do my move, they communicated through the day so I knew exactly when to expect them, and George and Beka and the team took care of everything, took apart and built back up my bed and furniture, and kept all of my things safe through the move. They were even fine with my cat panic running through the apartment and my dog excitedly greeting them!
They let me pay a deposit initially since I wasn't getting paid until a few days before the move and dropped off PLENTY of plastic storage bins the week before so I could pack my things in there, and all I have to do is text them when I've emptied them out and they'll come back to pick them up for free. Top notch service at a very reasonable price and very friendly and professional service, I would definitely recommend!

I almost never leave public reviews, but my moving experience with Lado and Nika from
Improved Moving and Storage was beyond exceptional. They were both extremely professional and hard-working. But beyond that, they were courteous, respectful and very pleasant to be around. They demonstrated 100% respect for my belongings and made sure everything was wrapped and packed well, and then unwrapped and place where I wanted things at my new place, making sure I was completely happy with everything. And I was. I would wholeheartedly recommend using this company for your next moving or storage needs!!! I’d give Lado and Nika 10
