Review:
This was one of the best moving experiences I ever had in NYC.
They delivered plastic bins and material to me weeks before the mive. I did not have to buy boxes, tape or packing paper.

Review:
We had a great experience with Improved Moving and Storage. All details prior to the move were handled quickly, efficiently, and fairly by Rez. Based on our research of other similar moving companies, the price was very reasonable as well. Anytime we had a question or needed to adjust our estimate pre-move he was easy to reach and always provided a detailed response. On moving day we received updates several hours in advance of the projected moving time and the 3 person moving crew, led by the Improved foreman Bacho arrived exactly on time and were courteous professionals who were more than careful with all of possessions, providing additional wrapping and padding of any items that required it. Bacho and his team were highly efficient and skilled professionals during the whole process, handles some of our more difficult pieces if furniture with ease and always communicated with us regarding specific details of the move. In summary, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Improved Moving and Storage to any friends or family as I feel confident that they would do an excellent job!
