Improved moving and storage

This was hands down the most wonderful moving experience I've had! From getting a quote to the actual day of the move, it was amazing and so easy.
My roommates and I were looking to move during one of the busiest months of the year. We found Improved Moving and Storage and I'm so glad we did. Rez was so helpful, called me almost immediately to give me a comprehensive quote, answered my questions, and gave me a great deal (the best I found in the city). He understood that a lot of our move had not been solidified yet and how stressful that can be and he worked closely with us on the date, the time, and the item list to make sure it worked for us and that we had peace of mind.
On the day of the move we were kept up to date on the ETA of our moving crew. Lado and his crew arrived early and in high spirits and got to work immediately. It was shocking just how quickly and efficiently they moved our entire apartment down 3 floors and into the truck! Even with it being hot and muggy out they kept their spirits high and took care of all of our items, were sure to wrap all of our furniture in safety blankets, and took care of fragile boxes. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The unpacking was even better! They unloaded in record time, put all of our items in their respective rooms, and were careful with everything. They were so respectful and nice during the whole thing, even cracked a few jokes with us. Improved was worth every penny and I will use them again and again and recommend them to everyone. If you want a serious moving crew who is ready to work hard and be so attentive to your needs then this is the business for you. I'm so grateful it was a good experience. As this was my first time hiring movers I had no idea what to expect but Lado and his crew set a very high bar. Thank you so much! We couldn't have done it without you all.

These guys are top notch and worth every penny. We had an extremely tight window that we had to move out within and they got the job done no problem, while being friendly and thoughtful the entire time. Lado is a true moving pro along with Rez who made it easy to schedule and pay. I got to sit in my hallway while they fully took care of business. Highly recommend!!

The movers were on time and efficient and handled all of my belongings with great care on my long distance move going above and beyond to make sure the move was as stress free as possible for me. Absolutely great experience with Improved Moving & Storage! Bacho and Dima (who are in truck 15) moved us out of our apartment in bedstuy and into our storage unit in Park Slope - they were very nice and professional, and took excellent care of our items! We couldn’t be happier with the service. We will definitely be moving with them again.

We also made our reservation and spoke logistics with Rezo, who also made the process incredibly easy. Thanks all for the great service!
