The only reason I gave them one star was because zero stars were an option. When contacted, they said they could have it packed and loaded on Friday and to Kansas by Sunday. When told they would need a larger truck than what they said they could bring, they showed up with the smaller truck. Next they said they would be back to finish the packing job at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. They didn't show up til 12:30, and STILL didn't finish the packing.
They did not finish packing until Wednesday morning with one poor hardworking soul, doing all of the loading while another sat in the truck. They said they would be in Wichita at 1:30 a.m. then sent a text they stayed the night in Oklahoma City, along with trying to have us wire them money because they only had 'a quarter of a tank of gas.'
They said they would arrive in Wichita at 11 a.m. to which they didn't show up until 1:30. Before they were even done unloading the truck, they were asking for the rest of the payment installment, to which we refused to pay full price. At that point, they tried to reload stuff to take back to Texas. Only cooler heads prevailed and they discounted a slim $300 from the finished price.
I would not recommend them to anyone wanting to move things.

They were supposed to be at my home at 9am at 1030 I get a call and they say they will be there in 15 min. 2 hours later still no movers. I tried to call for hours got no response. Finally at last second I had to go rent my own truck and move my stuff. I wouldn't waste my time calling this no call no show company.
