In A Flash Moving

I used this moving service when moving from a house to an apartment in 2014. They showed up about an hour late due to being held up by the previous job. They were quick, respectful, and over all a great group of movers. May 2015 I needed help moving my stuff from my apartment into a Uhaul so that I could move to Houston -->I decided to called this company because of the great job they did a few months prior. In March I called and scheduled a moving date and time for May. The week I was supposed to move out they called and confirmed. The morning of my scheduled move out they did not show up, did not call, and would not answer my phone calls. I hope nothing happened to them, but I found it very unprofessional that they did not have anyone notify me to let me know I would be without the 'muscle' I needed to move my stuff into a Uhaul.

I am writing to help people make a wise decision before wasting your money and time in this moving company. Very disappointed. They arrived late and were going to charge me the driving time after they left the shop (15 min extra). One of the crew members was disrespectful and was calling me 'honey' - I am a serious married woman. The agreement with the manager was 3 men and only 2 showed up complaining that they were not going to assemble the beds (they did it anyway supposedly as a favor?). They made me sign a document before starting the work and I never received a copy of it. One of the guys was very very very rude. They abandoned the job in an irresponsible way and the manager never answered the phone while this was happening. When I asked for the copy of the document I signed, one of the guys said he won't give it to me and threatened me to call the police (I should have called the police) - these are the type of people he sends you.

Call these guys for sure. They did work for a commercial property, and they did an excellent job. Faster than expected. Friendly, good crew. Excellent rates and overall very pleased with the work they did. We will use them again for our business
