This company seemed nice at first, but when I told them I had very large, heavy furniture they sent 2 fairly small guys to move the stuff. They make you sign a 'they are not responsible for damages waiver' before moving anything. During the moving process, one took time to text and talk on the phone. They also almost dropped one big piece of mine scuffing it in the process. As I have been unpacking I have found various broken pieces and I have contacted the company about it but they do not seem interested in making it right. One was a large glass table top, that was broken in to two pieces. I was told if the boxes my stuff was in was not damaged they were not responsible. To go with that logic I could drop a box full of glass and the box be fine, its the glass inside that's not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Received, inspected, put together, and delivered furniture for our new home in Banner Elk. Very helpful with all of our questions and did a great job with all areas of the job. Thank You!!
