I had an emergency storage need while I was in Moab last week. I called at 4:15 on a Monday afternoon and the manager of the property was extremely helpful and accommodating. She offered several options from each property and agreed to show me my choice at 5:00 pm. She was a huge help and I will definitely rent from them again on my next trip out west.

I used In Town, briefly, when I moved in '11. They were reasonably priced, the lady in the office friendly, and have 2 properties, which can cut your travel distances in half. I need(ed) their services once more, this year. And, although their pricing seemed quite a bit higher than before, for me, it's a little about convenience, and lot about how I am treated when I am being a consumer. I boycott places where customer service is not what I expect. And I return again, and again, to places where it meets or exceeds my personal criteria for CS. After having heard an acquaintance say they were treated unkindly, for no reason. I went out to prove them wrong. I called to make my payment via telephone, using my debit card on file. I tried to annoy, and irritate the lady, asking silly questions, saying nonsensical things, wasting a couple minutes of her time, and she remained polite, courteous, patient & professional.
There are quite a few storage facilities to choose from, and maybe it's all the same in the storage biz, but I'll utilize this company whenever their services are required. I wrote this 1st google review, as positive defense against a negative offense.
