Do not give this place your business. After almost 8 years of paying them for our storage unit we went to get some decorations out of it. We noticed their lock was on it according to the manager onsite. After we opened it everything was gone and unit was swept out. We never missed a payment in 8 years. They will not admit that they mistakenly auctioned our unit and have not offered any help. They claim it was all stolen. I have never once seen a thief take out everything in a unit and then sweep clean and replace the lock. The onsite manager told us the 2 units beside us were late on payments but when we said well then you accidentally auctioned our stuff she says no I didn’t authorize yours to be auctioned. I’d like to know how their lock got on my unit if they didn’t auction it and Id like the so called district manager to get on the phone and call us. It’s been 2 weeks of calling them with no returned calls. Sorry way to do business.
