Had a date and time set up with a 4 hr window. Drove 2 hrs to storage unit...this company never showed up trying to set a later time.....that they couldn't meet either...Set up a 3 hr window for the following day...drove back home and returned the following day.....still no show in the 3.hour window and still waiting 2 hrs later.This company is a broker and as far as I know not a mover...they have zero communication skills and left us stranded never informing us of the delays until we inquired repeatedly. Even then things were not clear and we still were shafted the next day.. .....As of now this hasn't been resolved.

I booked through Americas first moving and somehow they gave the job to this integrated who then picked up my belongings and I never heard anything about when it would be dropped off. Once I get Nancy’s boss name I’ll also be reporting this incident to the BBB. You don’t deserve to be in business !

They lost my TV trays, they told me to file a claim I did and I was told it was approved and the company would be sending me a check that was over 5 weeks ago, I have called several times and told the check will go out I have still not received it. I will be calling the Attorney General's office to complain.
