Esta gente son unos estafadores!!!! Nos cobraron el triple de dinero y llevaron la mudanza a orlando en vez de west palm beach. Todo nuestras cosas llegaron rotas o en mala condición. NO CONTRATEN A ESTA GENTE!!!!

This company should be out of business!
Our property arrived damaged, destroyed, with antique furniture irreplaceable.
The company plays games and doesn't answer the phone or emails!
We have requested arbitration and they still don't respond!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They told us 24 hrs before delivery that it was being dropped off in a tractor trailer and we needed to find our own uhaul moving service or pay the ridiculous $700 fee for the shuttle service they offer. Save yourself the headache and just rent a uhaul truck from the beginning. Beyond disappointed in the service and the customer service line wanted to argue with me instead of doing anything useful to help a disgruntled customer. I WILL NEVER BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN AS NO ONE ELSE SHOULD! Read all the reviews, they said they didn't know it was going to be a semi yet they say all cross country moves use semis so somebody knew before today! Apparently the contract states that the additional moving in services are not covered and the fact that out of state deliveries use 1 driver is unacceptable that is responsible for unloading and transporting goods.

Scam artist!!. DO NOT USE THEM...and yes I am a customer writing this review.
I'm waiting for my triple price more than quote shipment to arrive to post pictures and share an update on our load.

Just know you scammed a UNITED STATED DISABLED VET (not me) and I will spearhead a plan to bring awareness to scammers like your company and the broker.

Very poor delivery company, I recommend not using them, they damaged our furniture, our floors, and lost one of our favorite furniture pieces, they did not offer anything to make things right. I would rate them a zero if I could. If I could have given them a zero, I would too. They lost a very nice piece of furniture and could have cared less. They should not be in business, I filed a claim worth thousands of dollars and they offered me $50, they are a joke of a moving company, driver was very rude and aggressive too.
