Integrity purposefully quotes customers below what they believe the actual cost will be. They stress 'hourly based service', so they can use that to justify why the bill is higher at the end of your move. They have a terrible rating with the BBB. They claim that the movers are experienced movers, but most of the employees are guys from a temp. agency who have no experience moving. Of course, no one can be 100% accurate 100% of the time when figuring the cost of a move, but the point is they do not even try to give you the real price upfront.
