They make sure you are where you have to go and always wait for you until you are finished with your appt. No one else does that. They help you in and out of the vehicle and are safe drivers. Extremely unprofessional called this morning to let her know that the driver of the Kia van ran a four-way stop and could’ve truthfully killed someone. It’s all on video with my dash camera. She started cussing and become belligerent. I will be reporting them
Integrity transportation in rock hill is horrible, Kelly Williams supervisor and Manager Shay.. yet the drivers in the van throwing up and they won’t let her off today.. says she has been asking all morning cause she sick.. this is horrible me and my son on the van she stops to throw up and it’s not her fault yet she’s stay trying to call her supervisor and she is ignoring her and not responding back.. she could make us sick, and all who’s on the van which was two elderly and me and my son.. she don’t need to be a supervisor at all.. treating people like this.. also as I look on line to get a company number to complain there isn’t one on line at all.. I had to find my own way home.. this odds unsafe, and irresponsible, and a disregard of the health of her employees as e well as other people on transportation.. A complete disregard of others health and livelihood all to get the job done..
Update .. I spoke with Kelly Williams, after I finally got her number and I told her that how unsatisfied I was or dissatisfied. I was with the service that I received with the sick driver and everything and she began to blame me and say how do I know you’re not the one sick how do I know you’re not the one making the people sick and since you know everything, I’m just not gonna accept your rides anymore and she literally was super super rude with me. This is not the way that you hold Business or speak with customers you don’t scream at them , you don’t yell at them and you don’t be disrespectful and rude to them, and say since you know everything.. she asked me what was she supposed to do because that’s not how businesses run I said find another driver to drive that is not sick to take her place. That’s not how businesses run she says I said that’s the only way businesses run because her health comes first and that is very important and to not make the customer sick should come first she says that is not how things work because , what am I supposed to do cancel the ride? She asked Yes you are supposed to count the ride. .i said . she says that Shay left the company for her to run for her , but I told her this is not appropriate. Totally not appropriate so she may should’ve picked someone else to run the company because the way she speaks the customers she’s a horrible supervisor and person.. she stated ok since you know everything I’m not going to accept your rides anymore as she yells at me.. this woman needs better customer serves skills and anger management.. I had to hang up on her to get her off my phone yelling and being rude.. Kelly Williams. ..
'Integrity' is the ultimate in irony. One of their drivers cut in front of me at an Express Oil. When I confronted him, he LIED and said 'oh, I just have a question for the manager.' He proceeded to drive into the bay ahead of me to get service. First, even small children know cutting in line is not 'integrity.' Second, LYING is not 'integrity.' Fantastic representative for your company. I will be sure to let anyone and everyone know what 'integrity' means to this business.
I’m driving in Rock Hill right now and the Kia #3 does not appear to be the safest driver. Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and riding people’s bumpers. No thank you.
