Definition of integrity: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Maybe you should consider changing the name of your business because you do not stand on that. A white woman aggressively passed on to my lane ALMOST causing an accident. And when we both stopped at the same red light all she mouthed was “sorry” I did NOT get any service from them and would think of it after that incident. I would never recommend anyone to this place knowing how they actually drive on the road

Review:
The driver is very caring. He loves his job and is a great hard worker.owever, his work load is so heavy it makes it difficult to satisfy all transports. For instance I had an 11:15 pu which can be up to 30 later.
He was not able to get me until around 12 or so. Not by his choice but I suppose the logistics dept/scheduler had him to pick up 5 others.
Here it is 2pm and I'm still not home when my appt is 37 minutes from home.
Moral: I appreciate the service, but maybe integrity should consider hiring more people
This would decrease pick up, wait times and getvl people back home in a time nanner.
