When my husband decided to immigrate from the USA to Canada we shopped around a lot for international moving options. We had heard so many horror stories of items getting lost or broken and so we were very choosy. International Movers Network was the only moving service we found that was BBB certified with 0 complaints and excellent reviews. We emailed them for a quote and recieved few quick responses (you would be surprised how many movers we emailed for a quote who didn't get back to us for over a month.) The quote was very reasonable for the amount of things we needed moved and International Movers Network took extra care to inform us ahead of time of any extra potential costs (of which there were none in our case.) They were even willing to accommodate our need for a 2 day pickup period instead of the normal 3 (the nearest person who could pack our things lived nearly 4 hours away and could not be away from home for that long.) Once we hired them communication was constant and they were always willing to answer our questions (sometimes within a minute or two of receiving them) we recieved our items in perfect condition about 5 weeks after they picked it up, which I am to understand is a little faster than average for this industry. It would have been even faster but there was a small miscommunication which resulted in our payment not being attributed to us for about a week. This issue was resolved quickly as soon as it was noticed however. The one piece of advice I would give to customers as a result of this would be to make sure that the account you are making payments from is in the same name as whoever is signing the documents (or let International Movers Network know ahead of time that it won't be)

IMN provided excellent service for my move from NJ to Florida. They packed all my furniture and ensured that all my belongings were safely secured for the move. This included all my items in my apartment and my storage unit. They did not skimp on the packing materials. They arranged the delivery with another agent and the handoff was smooth. The move and delivery of my items were done professionally. They kept you up to date during the move and delivery. There was no damage to any of my items and that is amazing given that my items were transported by truck across multiple states over a 20 hr period. Their crew were friendly, reliable, diligent and hard-working. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to move.
