Stay well clear of this company! Gave them exact weights and dimensions of every box before getting quote and then it AFTER they pick it up and you’ve paid your non refundable deposit they say it “doesn’t stack well” so the price will be over 1000 dollars more. Then the small fees at the other end turn out to be over 1000 more. A 2k quote ended up being close to 6k by the time it arrived and guess what, boxes were crushed, not a little but items falling out of them and destroyed. Contacted the local company who sent me emails previously sent to the moving company informing them our items were damaged, didn’t let us know, when I complained they said someone will reach out to me, no one did.
All the negative reviews I saw were to third world countries so though I would be immune to the problems on the other end. I was wrong.
This mob are con artists. Be warned!

So far, so very good! We asked ISAS to help us relocate to Scotland after wading through hundreds of reviews and a range of quotes from the honest and competitive, to the decidedly dubious. In what was already a complex logistical task, Covid hit and turned everything on its head. The team at ISAS have been brilliant. Patient, whilst I wrapped my head around the process, and very responsive when I had questions or wanted to make changes. Our shipment was picked up today by a professional and courteous crew, whilst the ISAS team called to check on progress. All very reassuring when you have to send all your worldly goods on a weeks long, 6000 mile trip.

It was my first international move as an adult for my mother’s estate and I found their service to be extremely efficient, responsive and kind. While I got quotes that were much cheaper, the lack of detail and responsiveness by the competitors made me choose International Sea & Air. The competition was more concerned about me “signing on the dotted line” and paying the money than going over each step in detail and explaining how things would proceed and what I would be expected to pay and when I should pay it — which is what International Sea & Air did. I would definitely use their services again.

The International Shipping crew was fantastic! 100% Professionalism, hard working and efficient. They took great care packing everything and moved carefully, there was not a scratch or a mark on a wall after they left. I have moved multiple times and this was by far my best experience.

Ours was an international move returning to the US after 7 years overseas. We had two scheduling problems that caused us some additional expense and angst. We were able to get through these issues and all will soon be behind us. We were very happy with our coordinator and the subs who did the actual handing of our goods on pick up and load in, truly exceeded our expectations.
