I have completed now 5 international moves and I have just completed a big move from NYC to Sydney with Overseas Moving Specialists and it went fine, their quotes were simple, and at all stages it went fine, no issues and I would recommend them - the tracking they provide on the ship was nice and their local contact did a good job on the delivery - I did want to add some comments -and advice for the customer - u need to put some thought into how you want your stuff packed and you need a strategy / I suggest u look into buying plastic containers of various sizes - u can buy from Home Depot or container store - and use bubble / u can buy good cheap bubble from Home Depot / they sell 2 sizes of bubble - I’ve found that using bubble well with plastic containers - u can get ur stuff through safely - sometimes the container wiol get damaged but the contents - well wrapped in paper and bubble tend to survive well / so if u want to do a good international move / go and buy maybe 15-20 plastic containers and lots of bubble from uhaul - and sort and plan where and what you will pack cleverly - and if I do this - working with your shipper who will also do some wrapping and backing - but u need to play a deeper role in packing ur things as you know then best - when my precious things arrive mostly in plastic ribs with lots of bubble - it’s very rare that anything is broken and if it is - the break is minor and if often fixable vs a box of smashed plates / so how much effort the client puts into preparing for the move is very important - and don’t just blame the shipper if u put almost no thought or effort into the packing / and then wonder why stuff got damaged

It took a little bit of time after our stuff cleared customs before we received a delivery date, but it is a busy time of year. Everything arrived intact and nothing was damaged. I completely recommend this company if you are going to be moving long distance.

We used International Sea & Air Shipping for our October / November 2024 move from the USA to Germany. We are completely satisfied with their service - both in the USA and Germany. Our household was packed by them, picked up, shipped via truck to a warehouse, shipped by train to the port in Norfolk VA, shipped in a sea container to Germany, delivered into our house and unpacked without any items missing or damaged.
