From organizers on the first call to the guys who packed it all up. Everyone was great, friendly, upfront and made the experience great.

There were a few things that made this experience challenging. The price I was quoted jumped by about 40% after my goods were packed and arrived at the warehouse. I am still not sure why as I asked for an explanation but received no response. The movers arrived with two large wooden crates, filled the first one, then filled only about 1/3 of the second one. If I was charged for two full crates, I wish I had known that would have been the case as I either would have packed much more to be shipped since I would be paying for it anyways, or I would have downsized even more to only fill one crate. It took a very long time to get my goods and I had to keep reaching out to ask where they were in the process over the 4 months. I also was aware that there would be customs charges, but I had no idea how expensive they would be. Paying nearly $2K in customs fees for a relatively small shipment was something I would have liked to know ahead of time, instead of just being told there would be some additional fees during the process. The people I communicated with were very nice, I just needed more details as the move cost me close to double what I had anticipated.

I used your services to move from CT to Italy. I was very impressed with the professionalism of your team and movers. I requested to have the container brought to my house, which was a bit challenging to arrange as it was right after the port strike. You kept me updated with any changes to the schedule (which were quite a few!) and ensured I was in the loop.

The crew packed everything carefully and loaded it onto the container efficiently. They were also very nice!

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that my move went smoothly.

I would highly recommend your company to anyone who is planning a move. Your team is professional, efficient, and on the ball. If needed, I will definitely use your company again in the future.
