We relocated from Kansas to NJ with two young kids and had a terrible experience.

From the teams turning up a day late to pack, to the foreman saying we had to pay 50% more than the estimate as we had 'a lot more in the cupboards than they thought'

To a 2 1/2 week delay in delivery (despite there being 4 weeks between moving from one and into the next) - delivery was whenever was convenient to them - not based on any pre-defined date you give them. We had children in tears as they were sleeping in an empty with no belongings - which made the whole move much more difficult than it needed to be - and then the expense of buying things to cover their delay - just so we had enough to get by.

Topping it off final delivery included a good few boxes missing - some sofa legs, electricals, even kids old yearbooks - they tried looking but never found the boxes. Apparently 'boxes can move around in the lorry' - that explains some of our damages but not why they are never found.

I'd encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Utter nightmare of customer service start to finish.
Avoid.

Sent them list of items produced by another mover, they sent my quote, I scheduled it. The movers get here, they say the list is not accurate for cubic feet, they need another truck, they want 4000 more dollars. I say no thanks. Company finally calls two days later accusing me of altering the list (flat out lie). Reversed the charges and moved on. Thank god for credit cards. Avoid any of these sleazy movers who want to up the price after they get there.

Done awesome job, packaged all items very well very quickly, got my belongs to were they needed to be.. Would definitely recommend them for my family an friends.. Great services

At first I didn't know they could be used for both moving and storage but once I contacted them their team informed me and made the process easy for me to do both and I couldn't be more satisfied, especially after a long distance move. I definitely would recommend International Van Lines to anyone needing either service, or both!
