International Van Lines

I recently moved about 2000 miles from home and had the pleasure of working with international van lines! They made my moving experience absolutely amazing! I was so stressed but from the moment I contacted them they were able to take alot of that stress away! They helped me move to my new home and let me know ot would be ok the entire time! The price was very affordable and I just couldn't be happier! I will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Over $9k in missing items and damage. Multiple broken TV’s, missing legs of adjustable bed frames, desk, chairs, bikes, ect. Be aware they use subcontractors when moving cross country. The initial drivers that picked up our stuff were great, but I am guessing the damage happened moving everything onto another truck. Why would you move everything twice?? Been dealing with this 3 months. They initially offered us $120 back and have bumped it to $900. We are move going to have to file a complaint with MFCSA or take to small claims court if this isn’t resolved. Thanks for making a tough cross country move even harder on my wife and 3 young kids! DO NOT USE.

Update: It’s been a week since my review, and nobody from the company had reached out. Don’t respond to my review saying you care so you look good and then not reach out to actually do anything. It further shows you don’t really care.

Update: Been over a month now with no follow up. Response says you look forward to fixing the issue, but your actions don’t!
