These guys were fantastic, efficient, and smart! Even after a couple road blocks (ex: the couch wouldn't fit in the elevator) these guys were able to find a way around it and complete everything in a very timely manner! I was impressed with their speed, strength, and professionalism, everything got to the new place without a single dent or scratch and even on July 31st, a headache of a moving day (not to mention the heat!) I could not be more satisfied with how well IPS performed. There is no way we could have done this without them. THANK YOU IPS for making our move as smooth as it's ever been!!!

Just about every single box, piece of furniture, etc. had damage to it. I have a 12" scratch in my new hardwood floors. A 9" scrape in solid wood and missing piece of metal leg in my desk. My solid pine bed has a chip and a dent in two different places from being dropped both outside on the street and inside my new apartment (the latter which caused the 12" scratch in my floor). My lamps and similar items were placed without any protection into a wardrobe box-- and 4 lamps are broken. My furniture was not placed in protective blankets, like I was told it would be. And my boxes ranged from having holes in them, to being fully ripped open. I was given the estimate that the move would take 4-5 hours, and was charged for 8 hours (the move took 7-- I was told only on the day of the move that they charge an extra hour). I contacted IPS 5 days after my move about my dissatisfaction and the damage and never heard back. I understand that no move is perfect, but the sheer amount of damage, hidden costs, etc., is totally unacceptable.
