This was our second time using IPS. Brandon, RC and Juan were super awesome. Look I would take down a star for the office because they misunderstood what we needed and we could have used another mover. I wish we had done a video call or something to better assess and plan. But in the end we spent a long long day getting the job done and the movers were helpful and kind and stayed light hearted even after so many hours of our move.

The only good thing about this company was the communication with Peter.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. From start to finish, their service fell far short of what was promised.

First, the employees they sent were not friendly or professional. Out of the three movers, only one seemed to be working, while the others wasted time, which significantly delayed the move. What was quoted as a 5-hour job turned into 8 hours, drastically increasing the final cost. It felt like a scam to inflate the bill.

Adding to the frustration, their truck arrived at my new home an hour after I did, even though we left at the same time and it was only a 25-minute drive. When the movers finally arrived, they didn’t set up my furniture as promised. For example, the bed wasn’t put together correctly, and when I pointed it out, they didn’t seem to care.

On top of everything, I was charged for an hour of travel time and 7 hours of work, even though it didn’t seem like much work was getting done.

I’m extremely unhappy with this service and wouldn’t recommend this company. If you’re considering hiring them, make sure to get a final estimate and watch out for hidden costs or inefficiency.

My partner and I hired IPS to help us move about two months ago, and could not have been happier with their service. KC, Freddie and Marco, with Avian at the helm, made our move super quick, efficient, and without any trouble whatsoever. We moved into a 3 floor walk up and they conquered the hell out of this building. On top of their outstanding service, every member of the team was super friendly and thoughtful with our things. Would definitely reach out to them again, and recommend them to any New Yorker.

Brandon and Omar were great with our one bedroom move. We have a storage bed which they disassembled and reassembled for us. They took care of our belongings, were on time and finished in the time that I paid for. I highly recommend IPS moving, especially Brandon and Omar!

Luis and team were super clear with costs and plan up front. Everyone on the team was professional, kind, and careful with our move. Helped manage unwanted item disposal as well. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend.
