The time they estimated for the unloading was spot on, and there were no additional charges. The price they quoted was the price we paid. They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with, both before the move when we made arrangements and on the day of the move. From the outset, the movers were disorganized and arrived several hours late. Their road rage was alarming, as they drove aggressively, making the whole experience even more stressful. Once they arrived, they handled our family's belongings with utter disregard. Several of our items were damaged or broken, and the response when we complained was shockingly rude and dismissive.

The entire process was a nightmare for my family, and I would strongly advise against using Irish Ox Moovers, if you value your belongings and your piece of mind.
