Review:
The facility is very clean and has been everytime I've been there. The employees have been very kind and helpful! We did have an issue with the elevator breaking down while we were trying to bring our stuff up to our storage unit but they were accommodating and switched us to a floor level unit. The elevator was fixed a couple days later.
