Very split review!
Cost: They were competitive when they submitted the bid initially. But after they moved our goods to their warehouse (our goods is less than a full truckload), they surprised us with extra charges like the distance (at destination) between the street to our front door is more than 100 feet. Our second load that had to go to a different city needed to be transferred to a smaller truck because an 18 wheeler is not able to deliver due to the small street. During the bidding phase I asked the salesperson specifically about street conditions at destination and she told me yes everything was reviewed by operations and confirmed.
Schedule: very prompt and actually the truck arrived early to avoid inclement weather.
Performance: credit to Alex and Abe they were outstanding! At point of origin the team did an excellent job packing and crating many of our antiques and furniture. Our goods were delivered with absolutely no damages.
The company needs to work on their sales team to be more forthright and transparent.
The logistics and operations team saved the job but I can’t give the company more than a 3 rating.

Stay away from this company !
Horrible ppl!
At the beginning of packing they will do it fast and then will take 2 hours break without letting you know!
They damage so many items
They broke my tv .. and took too much of time that eventually I kicked them off !!

Run!!!!!!!!!!! This company is horrible. They will be nice to you in the beginning and after that you can forget it. So many of our items were either damaged or destroyed, not to mention an entire box was missing. Now we have a claim filed with the insurance company and of course, Issacs has not submitted the information to the insurance company needs, why? Because this alleged person is on vacation, so they have no one else that can do that job.
