**update as of 10/02/24, my initial review stands plus added pictures of all my damaged goods for the things that arrived. However my tools and therapy equipment never arrived even though I packed them in a tote myself with a couple other things and the tote arrived but the tools must have been stolen. Also, I had to travel back to MA because the GM said the repairs to my home were completed when they in fact weren't. He hired a furniture repairman to repair my wood floor door frame and wall. The door frame and wall were attempted but the floor wasn't even attempted. The second person they tried to hire said they were going to remove floorboards from my tongue and groove wood floor. I received a second opinion in which they said you absolutely cannot do that. You will further do damage to the floor so thank goodness I went back to Massachusetts to evaluate the situation and hire someone myself. I have also included a screenshot of the email communication in which the general manager threatens to not pay my claim for the damaged goods unless I remove this negative review. That's how slimy he is. This company has made my life an actual living hell. I moved for a high-level position which requires a lot of concentration to learn, but I've spent countless hours of wasted time dealing with Isaacs and especially the general manager. I ALSO HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT THE STRESS OF THIS HAS MADE WORSE SOMETHING THAT I HAVEN'T NEEDED TREATMENT FOR SINCE 2018 UNTIL NOW. I informed the company of what they are doing to me and yet I'm refused reimbursement for my travel back to Massachusetts to take care of their constant mistakes that affected the closing of my home costing me even more. Jon's post about how sorry he is and they are going to fix the damages is all for show to try and save face. Do not trust a slime ball like him. I trusted he was sincere initially and I quickly learned he is not a man of his word, he should be ashamed of himself. He was absolutely horrible to me!!'
Initial review: I've moved 10 times in the last 24 years and this is by far the worst experience! It's like they just didn't care about my home. The same stuff I myself was able to move in with no issues, 'professional' movers weren't able to move out without damaging my pristine wood floors, door frames and walls. My home is still up for sale and this is how it's supposed to show now. Talk about adding stress to an already stressful move! It's day 5 and still no contact from the company on my request to be compensated for repairs. I have no faith that my stuff will show up in one piece after this.
