I recently had to move from Kearney to Ravenna, and when I did, I hired a moving company out of hastings that promised to move me out in 2 days for 4800ish. I agreed, and thanks to an 'emercency' they needed to push me back to Monday/Tuesday. That was fine as Tuesday was my absolute last day that I could remain. However, they glanced at the moving project and ditched me. So, I found myself in crisis mode. I called around desperately, until I got ahold of Island Movers. They agreed to help and with a man down on the second day, they pulled through.
Not only that, but their movers were respectful, kind, and incredibly hard working. They had an incredibly positive mindset. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this company and their capabilities. I will be using them in the future again.

I sold my baby grand piano to a family friend and they chose to go with Island Moving. 4 guys and the owner came to my house promptly at the agreed time and wrapped the piano up to safely move. They moved it out without any damage. When done I asked if they could give me a price to move my tv from downstairs to upstairs and they went to take a look. They said sure and moved it upstairs for me. This is a 98in 7.5ft wide 4ft tall tv. They got it upstairs without any issues. They said they would just include that in the price of them moving the piano. I ended up tipping each of the crew members.

Overall very professional crew and owner. They did not make a mess of my house and were respectful to not damage any of my property. If you have something big to move definitely give Island Moving a call!

They were very friendly and careful.
We forgot to do a walk through, so a mattress and box springs were left. They came back to move it and were very apologetic. Items we didn’t want they took those to dispose for us, which is a great service I didn’t know where I wanted some furniture. So, they moved it around for me when I changed my mind. They made sure I was happy before they left.
I would make sure to do a walk through to make sure you have everything you want done.
