Great service, easy to sign up and close out. Manager is super helpful! Would use again

First in-person interaction (after filling everything out online in advance) was with Lisa who at 15-mins to closing asked me to come back a diff day. Surprising but NBD. Returned a few days later and while I was finishing paperwork a woman stopped in to ask questions and was then instructed by Lisa to wait her turn. Then when I finished paperwork Lisa initiated to walk me up to the unit...and then advised the woman she'd need to go stand outside the store and await our return vs sitting inside, quietly where she was. I found this to be a rather odd and uncomfortable interaction because it's not like she was a threat or looking to take anything.
And besides...there's cameras everywhere...

Very clean units , no rodents, if needed would use again

Stopped in to inquire about returning some moving blankets from uhaul. ( Given bad info from another source) Navia was very helpful and went out of her way to assist. Called Uhaul and made sure I got credit for returning them. Went way beyond usual and customary service. Navia’s presence alone makes this a business worth using. Highly recommended!
