HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STORAGE CENTER. The manager, Marilyn, was both PROFESSIONAL and ACCOMMODATING. She explained everything thoroughly.....additionally, she took the time to tour me through the facility and direct me to the most suitable unit for my particular needs. She sincerely went above and beyond her duties (in my opinion) to get me situated into my new unit.
Before I left, she once again took the time to make sure I understood all facets of the facility, as well as the contract between ISTORAGE, and myself. Marilyn truly understands what the term 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' means to a future patron. Honestly, she is the reason I elected to choose ISTORAGE for my current storage needs. Thank you, Marilyn.... Excellent value and prime location. I have a wonderful experience so far at this location thanks to the outstanding service provided by the store manager (Marilyn). The manager went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, demonstrating professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit.
