First, I am in the 'Customer Service Industry'. My experience at your Oregon Pike, Ephrata with Diane was a '10'.

Diane took her time, we walked to a storage unit ( I did not rent until the next day ) in our snow boats and winter coats. This type of customer service is long gone and I appreciated it & Diane.
