The storage facility is 'fine'. It is clearly a budget choice. However be aware the rumors are true. < 3 months after you join, they will raise the rate upwards of 40% on what you had agreed to pay.

The property manager Karen is very knowledgeable and informative. Rental process was very easy. Easy going environment. 10/10 over other local storage places

I used this storage for 9 months. Great area, always clean and the employees are so helpful. Karen assisted me with a problem in a timely manner and was so professional.
