Not so great. No one is ever manning the offices in Claymont Delaware that why I gave 2 stars The phone support was excellent

Just got notice of a 35 percent rent increase within first 2 months. I fell for the old bait and switch trick. Facility, cleanliness and security is just ok. Office is permanently closed with no consistent security measures. I was willing to over see the flaws to save some money, but with the recent price hike it’s not worth it.

Miss Molly was a gem, really great customer service. She was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this this storage facility to my friends and family.

I've lost track of how long I was a tenant. At least 5 years. Never a problem.
