iStorage

I would have loved to give a 5 star review because the people working in the office were fantastic. Both were very helpful, and had great attitudes.
However, I accessed my storage unit for the first time last night and there were two issues. First, the light inside my unit does not work. Second, the lanes between the buildings were sheets of ice. I was unable to make the turn and get up the hill to the exit. Luckily another customer came to the entrance gate and I was able to get out that way. My truck started sliding sideways toward the curb…no impact thankfully, but I can see how someone could damage their vehicle due to this.

Very disappointed in this business.. I will be taking MY stuff and my money and going elsewhere!!!

Specifically, Maryland, IStorage was able to understand my needs and communication between myself and iStorage was excellent. I was able to accomplish all my goals through them rather than multiple locations.
