The customer service was exceptional. Will was knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, kind, patient, and friendly. The process was easy and timely. Highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.

Great customer service!

I have been a customer at this location for the past 5 years. It was great when Darlene was there but since she left the customer service had gone down. I went there this morning to pay my bill and no one was at the office because they had to help out at another store. They desperately need an assistant mgr so when the manager can’t be there someone is there. I had a lot of things to do this morning and because I could not get in there to pay my bill it threw off my whole day and caused me to become extremely stressed. I did get a hold of the mgr that said he could come to the office and meet me but, I had already left the location and did not have time to come back and wait for him because I had other obligations. I decided to get a money order to pay my bill but because I was so stressed and in a hurry to make my other obligations I overpaid my bill. When I brought this to their attention they wanted me to come back and get the money order. The money order was made out to them so I would not be able to return it to get my monies back. The only option that left me was to let them apply it to next months bill which another one of my bills will have to go unpaid. There is no reason that they shouldn’t have been able to apply the ant to this months bill and return the over payment amount to me. I am very upset about this situation and it has caused me a huge amount of stress.
