I paid $110 for a parking space to park my truck. My driver entered to park the truck on Jan. 6, 2025, and there was a BOAT parked in the space I had rented for months. The new manager Shea did nothing to fix it, and did not even know how to find out who was parked in my space. She escalated it to a gentleman who asked ME what I wanted to do…apparently giving me my space (or any adequate space) was not an option. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I gave up, and canceled the rental immediately. The incompetence is staggering.
