We had a very pleasant experience here at IStorage in Palm Bay! Doug helped us when we were desperate looking for a place to store our trailer. He helped us with everything, assured it is going to be safe and we left with a peace of mind. Thanks to Doug, we can definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for safe and secure place with an amazing customer service.

i thank you for the move out receipt and the speed in which you sent it but just to clarify im not moving out of your facility only that unit im getting settled in a much larger unit and staying with you ,i have no intention of moving out its like family here Doug comes around and makes sure everything is ok and going smoothly and if im in need of assistance he is right there to help me along. Doug has been a key factor in my stay .
