The Office Staff is good, nice, I'm split on rating because the roads have been being tared in there so when you rent a uhaul to find out that you can't get into the unit you are making a second trip to empty but there are no vehicles allowed on that road it's a waste of Uhaul rental.. I'm coming from Cape Uhaul charges 99 cents a mile, day #2 should of emptied my full unit but the road was wet tar & roped off.. $140 a day for Uhaul isn't cheap...
Granted they extended me a 4 day removal because of the roads but you have to reserve the Uhaul the day before so it's defeating my purpose of emptying the unit

The gate part was tricky to actually get into the facility and get to the office because there was no call box and you get stuck there and than pissed off people trying to get in and out that was a pain but the office lady Patrica was great took her time to find the best available space for me and best option and explained the full process to me set me up on auto pay she was great...

This storage place is clean, safe and very well run. The staff are friendly and helpful. What more do you need?
