Worst experience ever. I rented a unit online and paid for it already. Showed up with my uhaul to be able to unload it and there was a lock on my unit. Checked the office and it said they were to be open but there was not a worker in site and the door was locked. Called customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do all I can do is try to find the worker on site. They told me they could find me one of the same size but it would cost more each month. There was nothing they could do for this inconvenience. After many phone calls to their customer service line, I ended up having to cancel and book a storage unit at one just right up the street. And after they told me it was canceled I received a bill, had to make another phone call to the company and they told me they were short workers. Would never recommend this company to anyone else.
