Can only rate the experience of reserving online. Very easy. Haven't been to the facility yet but used them a couple years ago and never had a problem.

Review:

This is the worse storage space ever. The gate has been broken for almost 4 months. ANYONE CAN DRIVE IN AND OUT. I was promised a refund check because they claim they did not get my proof of insurance. They said it would be in the mail. 4 months later NOTHING!!!! It is just the fact they do t care or follow us.
