Renting a space was easy and fast! Renee was a HUGE help, very kind, and answered all our questions.

I reserved a unit online and then went in person to pay. Which was great because corporate booking gave me the wrong unit and Renee the manager was able to get me a perfect unit for my needs. She was the most helpful ever. Need more employees to be like this everywhere.

I came with a friend I’m staying with to the istorage. On Alcoa hw the lady the general manager Renee is a amazing person she has helped us so much over the past couple of months our jobs closed there doors so we couldn’t pay all the time she always asked if there’s ways she can help let us know when we had late fees getting close gave us extra time she is very kind and help full does a amazing job for us thank you Renee
