This place is not worth it. The first time I went in, I couldn't get the lights on. I didn't have the lights moving things for a few days. I eventually went to the office, and they failed to ever mention I needed a fob to turn the lights on in the building. The same day I went in to speak to the office lady, the door was locked even though I tried to go in an hour before closing. The rent for the units does not stay the same. They raise it whenever they feel like it. If you are a few days late on a payment (2 days), your storage unit will be locked. This place is a joke. Go to a storage place where you can get a cheaper rate, better customer service, an inside unit, and automatic lights that don't require a fob.

*UPDATE*
They do have someone new in the office who started a few weeks ago, and he called me today. Management may not be as bad now, but everything I said is the truth. Ultimately, I had to move out of the unit because they upped the rent I believe 3 times within a short amount of time. $94 for a 10x10 that will connect water in the wintertime I not worth it.

Staff is great, they will help and accommodate with the problems that might kome up, like for me. Thank you guys

The price is definitely right as well as the location. Upon renting my locker online, I discovered that there were no office hours, closed Sun-Sat. So reaching someone local was a little tricky. However, after a few phone calls and emails to the national call center I was contacted by Megan who is becoming the new full-time site manager at this location. Megan was extremely friendly and helpful. She gets an A+ for her customer service. I met Megan on site a day later to attend to a lighting issue in the hallway that my locker is in. She came up with the solution right away, and I am happy to have transferred my things from another big box storage company to NSA iStorage. Thanks again Megan and Ashley!
