This facility can barely operate consistently. But they consistently raise the rent. Just transferred to a bigger unit and not even 3 months into it. They’re going up by $21. That’s insane. They can barely keep things working at this facility but are quick to raise the rent. Also be aware of the elevator it’s been malfunctioning which is kinda scary because as someone pointed out it hasn’t been inspected in YEARS. Nobody is ever any help when trying to reach out about this. Why is the price going up? Well the one answer I did get two years ago was well others do the same thing so we figure why not. It’s like that everywhere. That’s like getting punched in the face and then asking why and someone saying well other people get punched in the face too. “Reached out” and they were Absolutely NO HELP. The actual facility has no idea about why cost go up or the reason and the representatives they have don’t know either and tried to switch me back to the facility to get answers.

Recently moved in decent so far. Joe Black in the office was good and had me ready to move in quickly. Unit had some debris on the ground from previous tenent but office staff quickly sorted the issue. Few things under construction with building but I'm glad to be able to access what I need when I need.
