I had such a great experience with Heather at the troost location, I got a unit here. Heather is extremely friendly and professional. I enjoy working with her for my business storage needs. Keep up the great work!

Updated!!!!! Rented a unit earlier in the week via phone. Get to the unit and there is another lock on the unit. Called the main number listed because there was no one in the office and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone to remove the lock. I had originally put one star but, the company addressed the situation and made things right so changed this to a five star review because things happens and in this case, the company certainly did make things right

Heather was very professional, informative, and friendly. Nice service at a great price!

Debbie was so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this location to anyone.
