The young lady working when I came in to rip my body was so sweet and so helpful

Personnel at this location are fantastic. Melanie and the manager, I forgot her name, but they were both helpful.

No carts available to move items in and out, they only have two small dollies (the kind you can stack three small boxes on only) in the front office only available during office hours that have to be signed in and out. Girl at the front desk was extremely rude when I inquired about how I was supposed to move stuff in without a cart. After seeing me waiting for 15 minutes to pick up my U-Haul while sitting in her car on her phone. U-Haul reservation canceled while I find a facility with the basic essentials.
